Tell us about your project and provide as much information as possible. Include your desired size, thickness, quantity, material and finish, 3D or flat design, special features, packaging preference, and any other details you have in mind. If you have existing artwork, sketches, logos, or reference images, you can provide them when we contact you about your project.
After we receive your request, we will contact you by email or, if provided, SMS to discuss your project and begin planning. A $200 design deposit is required before custom concept artwork is developed. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your order, but becomes nonrefundable once artwork development has begun.
Once your final design is approved, we will provide a production quote for your approval. A minimum 50% payment is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipping.
Production typically takes 4–8 weeks depending on project complexity, order volume, and our current production schedule. Once production is complete, every order receives a final quality-assurance inspection before shipping.
